Not too long after I got back to Chico, I realized the music scene here has really grown and the nightlife scene has so much potential, but no one was really advertising nightlife events or telling people what's going on in the nightlife scene. So....I decided to make a website and MySpace page for a Chico Nightlife Calendar and named it The Chico Blog Team, which includes myself, my husband, and my sister.

In the last 6 months or so it has really grown and gained a lot of support from the musicians, DJs, clubs, and party people. We changed it from a blog to a five page website and added more features like a weekly newsletter coming in June, song of the week by local artists, and many other promotions and projects.
